A groundbreaking ceremony at Magnolia Oaks recently marked the Family Self-Sufficiency, Pasco County Housing Authority’s first Veterans Housing Project, a landmark project in Pasco County, Florida. Magnolia Oaks will provide vital housing support to low-income veterans, contributing significantly to the critical goal of achieving “functional zero” – ensuring that no Veteran experiences homelessness. Phase 1 of the project will deliver 30 much-needed units, followed by an additional 47 units in Phase 2. This new development presents a significant opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our deserving veterans.
