Challenge
Avon Park had an immediate need for affordable housing for the 200 individuals on their waiting list. Owners had an extremely tight budget to deliver 3BR, 2BA, single family homes. Current residents were opposed to building a new affordable housing project in their neighborhood.
Solution
Owners engaged Marmer early in the project to ensure it was designed within budget. Marmer provided input to the design professional throughout the process and developed the project on time and under budget. Many who were opposed to this project have since complimented Marmer construction on thier process and the final product.
