Summary

We are currently bringing the new Spring Lake Fire Station #23 to life in Highlands County. The 12,450-square-foot, one-story pre-engineered metal facility is being built to provide firefighters and emergency personnel with a modern, purpose-built space that supports both day-to-day operations and emergency response.

The new station will include four apparatus bays, administration offices, bunk rooms, a kitchen, laundry facilities, dedicated gear rooms, storage areas, and other essential support spaces. The project also encompasses the surrounding site development and exterior improvements needed to create a complete, functional fire station campus. From the operational areas to the living quarters, each component is being constructed with durability, functionality, and the long-term needs of the Spring Lake community in mind.
