Our Preconstruction Team offers many services to our clients based on their needs. We can provide preliminary budgets and constructability reviews while working hand in hand with the selected design team. We also provide Design-Build services based on the project scope and size. Utilizing Salesforce as our CRM platform, we have built an in-house trade partner database which allows us to create one-on-one relationships with subcontractors to generate bid participation and quality proposals. Our Preconstruction Team will provide a detailed proposal by division with clear qualifications, allowances, and VE Alternates.

Efficient Access to Plans

At Marmer Construction, our In-House Preconstruction Plan Room is designed to simplify the estimation process, providing easy access to organized, up-to-date project documents. The Preconstruction team sends out Invitations to Bid directly to subcontractors and suppliers, which include a password to access the project plans and specifications, ensuring that only authorized users can view the details. All trade partners are hand-selected through our internal Salesforce CRM database based on trade, service location, quality of work and company qualifications. Project documents are updated within 24 hours of plan changes via Addendum notifications to ensure all bids are procurement ready . We encourage open communication between our trade partners and our estimating team to ensure transparency with a focus on efficiency. Our Preconstruction Plan Room makes it easy to prepare accurate bids and stay informed throughout the bidding process.
