Challenge
The project was an innovative project that had never been built. We had 180 days to nish with the building & equipment having extremely long purchase lead times.
Solution
The entire Marmer team worked seamlessly to guarantee the project was completed on time with staff meetings, client meetings and on-site subcontractor meetings. Communication was key in the success of this project.
