Challenge
The plan was a build-to-suit commercial project that required specific design and construction elements for the incoming tenant. Marmer was put under a tight timeline to complete the project prior to the commencement of the lease.
Solution
Marmer’s administrative and field teams worked together to ensure all of the client needs were satisfied. The project was also completed 14 days prior to the originally scheduled completion date.
