Human Resource Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies.
  • Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of employee information in HR databases.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Manage social media platforms for HR initiatives and employer branding

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
