Human Resource Specialist
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation and administration of HR programs and policies.
- Conduct data entry and ensure accuracy of employee information in HR databases.
- Assist with data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Manage social media platforms for HR initiatives and employer branding
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related role.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
