Summary

Currently under construction, this project transforms a former school campus into a thoughtfully designed church campus that supports worship, ministry, education, and administration. The existing 20,914-square-foot gymnasium is being renovated into the main lobby and sanctuary, complete with a stage, coffee bar, elevator, and state-of-the-art audio, visual, and lighting systems. The former 3,732-square-foot library will become a dedicated children’s ministry building, while the 4,592-square-foot elementary building is being repurposed for administration and adult learning. Through careful renovation and adaptive reuse, Marmer Construction is giving each existing space a new purpose while creating a cohesive campus designed to serve the church and its community.
