About the Internship
Our Construction Internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of construction management. Interns will gain real-world insight by reviewing RFIs and project documentation, walking active jobsites, and collaborating with skilled trade professionals. You’ll shadow Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, review plans alongside project managers, and see how coordination and communication drive a project from blueprint to completion. This immersive experience prepares you for a successful career in the construction industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation
- Walk active jobsites to observe progress and ensure quality standards
- Shadow and participate in Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings
- Review and interpret construction plans with project teams
- Collaborate with skilled trade professionals and site supervisors
- Assist with tracking schedules, budgets, and project milestones
- Support project managers in day-to-day construction operations
