We are honored to be a part of a transformative project that will bring 160 units of affordable housing for seniors aged 62+ and veterans to North Fort Myers for the first time in over 30 years. Designed with environmental sustainability in mind and earning NGBS certifications, Hermosa North Fort Myers will be a safe, welcoming, and green place for this community. The development will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, business center, and swimming pool to promote leisure and wellness. Additionally, free programs will be offered, including adult literacy, resident assurance check-ins, light housekeeping assistance, grocery shopping, and laundry services.
