Bid Coordinator
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for project creation across all related platforms
- Saves & manages all Plans and related documents
- Reviews all plans and plan documents for completeness
- Coordinates with Estimator(s) to set project deadlines and proposal delivery
- Sends all mass communications for Bid Solicitations
- Responsible for Coverage on All Major trades and scopes on the project
- Seek & build new subcontractor/supplier relationships through professional written and verbal communication
- Collect, file & organize all subcontractor/supplier bids/proposals
- Manages all Website Plan Room Pages
- Responsible for Bidders Listing and clear Communication Tracking
- Responsible for updating Salesforce Subcontractor Data
- Assists with New Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Process
- Assists with Project Turnover Meetings
- Responsible for communicating with subcontractors and suppliers on project status
- Assists Pre-Construction Team with Project Permitting and Underwriting clerical tasks
