Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of jobsite activities
- Help manage and update project schedules
- Participate in job walks, inspections, and coordination meetings
- Assist in preparing RFIs, submittals, and tracking project milestones
- Review construction drawings, submittals, and shop drawings to flag issues proactively
- Assist in planning and executing daily field operations to align with safety and productivity goals
- Participate in site safety walks and toolbox talks to ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- 1–3 years of construction field experience preferred (internships, trade experience, or entry-level roles welcome)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and construction-related software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors and on active construction sites in varying conditions
- A team player who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and execution
