Summary
This project is phase IV and will bring another 100 units of affordable housing to the Sarasota area. It consists of two separate sites. The Amaryllis Park Place site includes two three-story apartment buildings adding 61 units to this site which will eventually total 169 units.
The Central Gardens site will include one four-story apartment building with 39 units. Together, these two sites will expand access to quality, affordable housing while supporting the continued growth and housing needs of the community.
